While being married gives you someone in your corner when taking stressful risks, it is critical that if you’re married that you’re in the same team, especially when in public.
Have you ever spent time with a couple who, whenever one of them is out of the room, the other talks badly about them behind their back? They are not a team.
If you disagree with your wife about how she does business, how she behaves or what she doesn’t do, then talk to her about it. Don’t play games and air your dirty laundry publicly.
Talking badly about someone who should see you as their rock, will erode trust, introduce silence between you two and eat away at their confidence in your partnership.
You will not be able to do great things as a couple without all the trust, confidence and communication you can get. You need to stand together as a team.
